Support
Something not working? Get in touch.
A support portal is on the way, and will be linked here before Linkety-split is released. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
What to include
The more of this you can tell us, the faster we can help:
- Which device you're on — iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Vision Pro
- Your OS version and the Linkety-split version (both are in Settings)
- What you were doing, and what happened instead of what you expected
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
Common questions
Where is my data stored?
In your own iCloud account. Your links and newsletters sync between your devices through iCloud, and we never see them. See the privacy policy for the details.
My links aren't syncing between devices
Check that you're signed in to the same iCloud account on both devices and that iCloud Drive is turned on. Syncing also needs a network connection on both ends, and can take a moment to catch up after a lot of changes.
The AI features aren't showing up
Linkety-split uses Apple Intelligence, which runs on your device and isn't available on every model. If your device doesn't support it, the AI buttons are hidden and everything still works — you just write the descriptions yourself. If your device does support it, check that Apple Intelligence is turned on in Settings.
A link didn't pick up its title or image
Some sites block automated requests or hide their previews behind a login. When that happens the link is still saved and you can type the title and description in yourself.
